    <description>&lt;P&gt;You must be getting interference from somewhere. Maybe something on a timer that is switching on around that time. Something you do, other than the internet, that could be causing interference. A neighbour swamping your wi-fi. Sounds stupid but a microwave oven can cause issues. The Stream puck is very sensitive to any interference as everything is server based, rather than on the puck, meaning little to no buffering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Freezing sky pucks</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help needed. Every night about 8pm both my sky pucks one in living room and bedroom will start to&amp;nbsp; freeze the tv screens and pictures goes pixelated. The only way to stop this is to keep re-booting both pucks. The next night at same time it happens all over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this same issue or any suggestions how to fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
