Spoke to two people in their technical dept. this morning. Neither of them had a clue what the problem could be and said it sounded like a fault their end or with the puck. They offered to replace it. I said after two pucks in less than two months I had lost faith in it. They put me through to the dept. that can cancel contracts and they made no attempt to keep me and in fact the person on the phone said they had it and it does have faults on theirs.

For the last two days when I try to change channel I've been getting the error "There is a technical fault, please try again later." It only happens after I've been watching any channel for about 20 minutes or more. Before that time is up I can change channels fine. Only a restart of the puck resolves the issue and then things are fine again unless I watch a channel for more than 20 minutes. This has to be a Sky issue surely?
