I have Netflix included in my package but when I try to access it I am prompted to pick a package with differing fee amounts

Afraid the Instructions in the Activation link are a bit obscure for Sky Q.

If you already have a Netflix account and are paying Netflix then you need to sign into Netflix on Q using your Existing Netflix details and login.
