      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I build my package I get right to the end, hit place my order and I then get an error message saying technical difficulties.&amp;nbsp; Tried numerous times and get this every time.&amp;nbsp; Does anybody have a phone number so that I can speak to an actual person about the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4471556"&gt;@NigelAnderson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4471578"&gt;@Fleetwood1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You don't mention if you are already a Sky customer on another platform such as Sky HD / Sky Q etc. &amp;nbsp;If you are then that will be the reason you are getting the error message as you cannot have another platform at the same time as Sky Stream or Glass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the forum will block phone numbers but you can find the 0333 number via the ‘Get in touch' button at the end of the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/fixing-a-problem-sky-stream/fixing-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck/articles/damaged-sky-glass" target="_self"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt; &amp;nbsp;link. (Ignore the heading of the help article).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4471556"&gt;@NigelAnderson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have been doing a little digging and &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/buying-sky-stream/sky-stream-faqs/articles/sky-stream-faqs" target="_self"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt; link might help. &amp;nbsp;I notice near the bottom of the page is a button to Shop Sky Stream but I suspect this will take you through the procedure you have already&amp;nbsp;tried but it's worth a look.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is also a button &amp;nbsp;"No I still need help" at the bottom of the page. &amp;nbsp;I have looked at this link and it takes you to the same phone number so I'm not sure why it does not allow you to progress further as a prospective new customer. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you try the number again, when you first get through say something like New Customer and then stay silent and it will hopefully get fed up and put you through to a customer service agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
