Hello,

I did not subscribe to this package Sky Essential TV - 30 days. I would like to cancel this please and get the £15 refunded as I didnt sign up to this. Please can you arrange this ASAP. I only signed up to sky sports which is £33. Thank you

You cannot sign up to Sky Stream without a base package, whether it be Essential TV or Ultimate TV so you'll need to pay it.

Alternatively, if Sky Sports is all you require, you can subscribe to just that service via the NOW TV app. It can often be had for £20pm on a 6 or 12 month contract.

You'll need to ring Sky to sort this out as this is a customer to customer help forum so we have no access to your account.
