when watching the the Irish open golf tournament on Sunday night on the playlist. The screen just went black at a crucial point on the green near the end of the 2nd extended play off hole. It appeared to jump to the following programme which was the Walker Cup. When I moved from playlist to actual tv it was the walker cup that was shown there. Does this mean that if programmes are extended beyond their time limit this will affect the duration of the programme on playlist with the ending being missed. If this is the case can anything be done to prevent this from happening

Hi @Cwd1

You cannot record locally so there are no padding settings. The broadcaster should adjust the broadcast for this to be picked up. The only thing that can be done is report issues like this to Skys viewer relations team who will investigate and feedback with the relevant teams or 3rd party. Their email is viewerr@sky.uk.

We are fellow customers here on the community.

MikeAlanR
