Why can't I buy Sky Stream with Essential TV

It says from £15 with the essentials pack but the only option you can select is ultimate tv from £22. How the heck do you actually buy essentials? Tried different browsers, app, devices, ultimate is the only option. Am I going crazy?

I don't have any TV atm only mobile.

You may have to ring them then if you already have a SkyID linked to your mobile, but try an incognito Chrome browser and try clearing all Sky cookies from your current browser.

Even when I was initially looking without being signed in there was no option for essential. I'll try that though thanks.
