Hi @AmyClark1997

Are you an EE customer by any chance? I've been suffering from a bug where my Glass and Pucks will load the home screen and live TV however when your try to open an app it tells you you are not connected to WiFi / the internet. The only way to fix is to turn of router and turn back on again.

This is an issue with DNS and I've got active cases open with both sky and EE. However EE have loaded trail software onto my Smart Hub Plus and it seems more stable. Not perfect but had 3 days before I had to reboot where before I was rebooting 2 or 3 times a day!

MikeAlanR

What is the DNS issue ? Also with EE ,have had a replacement router which improved things for a couple of days ,then back to blue screen on start up and no apps or red button options. One puck also replaced. Not very practical to have to keep rebooting, one household member works remotely.
