I got Sky Stream Essentials with a puck yesterday and unsure if I click on something not on my contract whether I'll be billed? Should I be referring to a list of what I can see in the contract beforehand or will I get a message if I try to open something I shouldn't? I have transferred my Netflix membership ok but pay separately for Disney I already had.

If I can see something is it available to me or does it show that content anyway and then I get charged or be warned first. I'm concerned that I'll click

sosomewhere I'm not permitted to and get a huge bill. Also do I need another puck for a second tv and how do I get it? Thanks

If I'm reading you correctly.

If you have your own Disney account and have added those account details to the Sky Stream Disney app, then anything you find within search or within the menus on Sky Stream for Disney + will launch the above Disney+ app.

That will take you to your Disney + app account, as above. You will not be charged anything further.

The same goes for all other third party apps.

Any other third party apps, channels you do not have access to for your Sky Essentials pack, will present a further pin protected page to add/subscribe to them.

Clicking on it will not by accident or straight away add anything to your billing. You will just get presented with that page I mentioned above, which you can just dismiss or if then start the process of requesting it with further billing options.

The one difference is with Box office content, you need to make sure within the Sky Stream settings under Parental controls that Box office is pin protected.

If you require a second puck for another TV.

Go to your MySky app or MySky online, under Your Products>Manage

You need to add the Whole Home pack monthly subscription and can then order an additional Sky Stream puck for a one off fee of £39.95.

With the Whole Home pack you can also watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and on your games console.

One-off set-up fee for each Sky Stream puck applies.

Monthly subscription charge applies.

Sky TV subscription required.

Six Sky Stream pucks per account.
