    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4470309"&gt;@Lynnw10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm not sure about the PIN issue but when my voice control stops working on my remote I just reboot the puck and so far that has always resolved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reboot go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may even sort out your PIN problem as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re the pin issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you go to a channel that shows a pre watershed timed pin, like Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Crime etc just use the up and down on your Sky Stream remote select button p, to go up or down to the next channels that do not show the pin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or use your voice remote to call another channel name, channel number or one of your set channel favourites like 'Sky news', '501' or '10'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or even with voice remote call out an app or tv guide, like saying 'Netflix' or 'tv guide'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or just hit the Sky Stream remote home button to go home or using the voice remote say 'home'&lt;/P&gt;</description>
