I watched a programme on Paramount+ then wanted to watch something else. It wouldnt play. Screen showed Paramount icon, I spoke into it, says it "didnt catch that" etc.

Decided to try Sky Cinema, selected a film but it wouldnt play .... msgs on screen, "sorry there are no programmes of this type available"

Decided to try Netflix, selected programme. It started to play but with no volume! Tried Sky Atlantic, same problem!

Also notice some films say 2.am. Friday, for example. Can films not be watched on demand?

Only had this Sky Stream puck for about a week, any advice would be appreciated.

Easiest way if your Sky Stream gets a tad muddled rather than a power restart is to use the Sky Stream puck Settings restart.

The restart will do a clean restart and does some background cache cleanup, to help it run better.

It is probably a good idea to do this settings restart at least once a week if you are a heavy user across live channels, apps and on demand. Plus, going forward, if you hit any blips, just do the settings restart, it will generally help.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
