Hello,

I am getting Netflix code ui-800-2 with wired Ethernet.

My network tests ok with speeds over 900mbps and Netflix works perfectly on my Apple TV. I have tried unplugging puck, restarting my sky puck.i clicked for more information in Netflix app and connection says good and i tired toreset in the Netflix app. Also tried refresh apps in sky stream puck settings ?

am out of ideas.

Hi @Fregrin I have not personally seen that error message but I believe it is to do with the cache. I see you have tried rebooting your puck and refreshing your Apps which I thought should have resolved it but obviously not. Have you tried the "Reload Netflix" option in the Netflix help menu? If that doesn't work then try signing out of Netflix and sign back in (provided you can remember your login details).
