&lt;P&gt;Sky appear to look at the public IP address the pucks use connect to their servers. If they see pucks on the same account connecting from different IP addresses that can trigger the warning.. There are legiitimate reasons for pucks at the same residential address to be using different internet connections if thst applies to you argue your case but for simplicity ensure the pucks use the same connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As per the other replies this charge would only occur if it's been identified the Pucks are using different IPS&lt;/P&gt;
