Does anyone know the SKY remote control set up code for Model TCL 32SF540K

Some have found selecting JVC works, but try a few codes listed under Toshiba, some say it's been about 18-20 attempts in the list

Others have said Vestel and Toshiba has helped also.

This is not working for me. Just bought the same tv 32SF540K. No luck in getting the volume to work with sky stream remote.

Sorry to hear that, all I did was enter JVC in the list of tv's and kept trying each one until the sound alters, and it worked on the 19th setting, whereby I can now alter stations, switch off/on etc

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried JVC a few times and tried switching the volume for each number under "Find it for me" and it still doesn't work. Should I try switching the power button instead? Changing the channels work, but power on/off and volume does not. I really really don't want to have to use 2 remotes. Am considering returning the TV to Amazon if this can't be fixed. Thanks again!

On TCL 50PF650K fire TV with Sky+HD rev10, code 0584 worked for me (power on/off and volume)

As far as I know, it's not possible to enter tv codes on sky Stream remote setup.

I'm in the same boat with this TV, none of the other brands work for me either 🙄

If you search for TCL in brands, and its around attempt 3/4 you should be able to use the volume control.

Just to add to this. I recently purchased Amazon's 75" omni Fire TV, and I eventually found the code under JVC, number 17 on the list. Controls the volume perfectly, not particually worried about putting the set into standby. I just ask Alexa to turn off the tv, which turns off the Stream box at the same time. 😎

i have tried to use the Sky remote control for my 36 inch TCL smart tv with no success

I have tried all the codes in TCL

and JVC and Toshiba but none work for me, any ideas Thanks

I too have had all the same issues as all the other tcl 32sf540k owners. My solution was very simple. It seems that my Sky remote was out of date and unable to control my TV. I simply informed Sky, and they've sent me a NEW remote, free of charge, and now the remote controls my TV perfectly. With a TCL code (about choice number 5) and hey presto! Hope this helps.
