Not sure what it comes under

Basically our TV keeps dropping out of the internet we've tried everything from taking out all the plugs rebooting swapping over TVs everything and you're watching something and it buffers or it just turns off.

Also sometimes on my mobile it says it's connected but no internet I've checked the service area and it says that everything is fine. Really poor considering how much we pay

@Nick591 Well Nick that is clearly not supposed to happen no matter how much you pay. Do you know your internet speed? Is your router and puck connected via an Ethernet cable? If not where is your router? Sky recommends having a clear line of sight between the two with no objects in the way, and no objects touching either of them, plus your router must not be near a window or mirror. I hope that helps.

You have posted in the Sky Stream area.

Which Sky services do you have?

Sky Q, Sky Stream and/or Sky Glass.

Does sound more like a broadband connection problem.

Which Sky broadband package do you have and which Sky router?

You can see the different Sky routers in the link below;
