We paired the remote to the television but when we scroll down we get so far and the remote and television freezes and eventually the screen goes blank and we have to unplug from the mains and go through set up again. I can't tell if it's the remote playing up or the puck itself . It feels like it's the remote as can't scroll all the way down to access setting. I can't find a number to contact sky directly for help.
