    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can somebody help me , I ordered sky stream . On reflection I changed my mind . I called back to cancel the order within 45 mins of placing it . I was assured that no order had been placed . Strange as I paid £39 one off charge . I called again to be told the same . &amp;nbsp;The next day I called a third time only to be told the same thing . In the meantime I receive a text message to say my order has been delivered . &amp;nbsp;Does any body in this forum have a contact number that will connect me to somebody with more than one brain cell .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll need to persevere and try to get to speak to someone who understands your predicament.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can raise a formal complaint by one of the means here, this usually triggers them to call you to sort it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint" target="_self"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
