      <title>Sky puck losing connection constantly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 or 3 times a day my Sky Stream loses connection and I need to reset my wifi router to get it back up and running again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning it want connect and I get a different error message each time I try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is a DNS issue with EE that is affecting a large number of customers..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've currently got cases open with both EE and Sky to try and figure out where the fault lies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Replied in another thread with the same response but just so it covers you too as it seems like a few of us are all seeing random sky dropouts at the minute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine this week has been stopping streams randomly and showing technical fault&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;message, I have to flick off the channel and back in again for it to come back on. &amp;nbsp;My playlists have also either been completely dissapearing or showing other playlist items in the wrong playlists. &amp;nbsp;Menu loading has been slow with a loading message for about 3-5 seconds. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been through all sorts with sky and they are eventually sending me a new box out, but my second box is also doing it so not sure if it's the batch of boxes both doing it or if it is indeed a sky side issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got mine in April and everything was fine however Mine has recently started doing this and I'm starting to lose my temper it was sold as an all singing all dancing alternative to cabled sky tv, my Amazon tv box works so much better, I'm restarting the router or the sky box 2-3 times a day, and it's getting frustrating I have reset the box twice and had to go through the rigmoral of adding my apps passwords and logins, I can't use Ethernet it's why I bought this option. I only got this subscription in April and signed up for 2 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were having this constanly on all 5 stream boxes we have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon investigation I found that when two or more stream boxes were turned on they were obtaining an IP address and then a couple minutes later the IP&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;address would change to the same as another stream box moving to fixed IP addresses that inassigned at the router for each box solved it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
