Hello, unable to launch AirPlay to link iPhone to sky stream. This was no issue on Q but since moving to stream and following advice online unable to pair. Any support appreciated.

Hi @Abbyflynn You need to link airplay to your TV not the Sky stream puck.

Sky Stream doesn't support airplay, you will need to use your tv if it supports it @Abbyflynn

In regards to Sky Glass/Sky Stream devices

Only Sky Glass has the Airplay Homekit App

Sky Stream does not have that App

When using Sky Stream

The TV itself you are using will need have airplay function available or use another streaming device that has Airplay ability like Apple TV 4k or Google Streamer or Firestick etc connected to that TV
