    <description>&lt;P&gt;Who asked you to do a factory&amp;nbsp; reset ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should&amp;nbsp; only be done when on the phone with&amp;nbsp; sky&amp;nbsp; and an advisor&amp;nbsp; has talked you through&amp;nbsp; the reset, as when you do a factory reset&amp;nbsp; it wipes all your&amp;nbsp; account details&amp;nbsp; from the puck, i&amp;nbsp; would call sky about this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
