&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box first;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, if still not connecting, try a restart of your broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;
