    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's like AI from the 70s. It's artificial, sure, but there's no intelligence to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Example, when it asked what I wanted help with I entered ' change my pin' - I had set up my puck with the pin the suggested, the last four of my phone number and it was fine but then when I wanted to change some settings it wouldn't let me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;To be fair, it was an easy fix, just had to restart the puck and everything ok. Wasted over an hour talking to sky tech support trying to fix it, the last I was speaking to was trying her hardest but at no point suggested rebooting the device, that was me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Today I asked it 'how to change the standby timeout on sky stream box' and it kept saying 'Oops, there's been an error'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Really feel sky should be doing better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
