topic Lip sync on live BBC channels in Sky Stream

When I turn on my Sky Stream to watch the BBC News the lip sync is always out, however if I turn the puck off for a few seconds and then turn back on again it's fine. Not a major issue but as I have had Sky Stream for 6 months you would think it could have been fixed by now?
