&lt;P&gt;Try a settings restart first&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do an apps refresh;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Login to you Discovery + account on a web browser or via the Discovery + app on a phone/tablet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Account &amp;gt; Manage Devices and remove the devices there you are having trouble with.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Allow a few hours for the devices to be removed, before trying to sign in again on your Sky Stream boxes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Discovery plus not working on all devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an ongoing unchanged active subscription but today all the devices (glass and puck) have stopped discovery plus app working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it will load to a something went wrong screen. Have done all the reboots on sell devices and app and still doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
