    <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to open discovery plus (on stream) the sign in option is highlighted but does not go to the sign in page when pressed.&amp;nbsp; The other links work but that doesn't help when I want to sign in.&amp;nbsp; I can sign I n on other devices, just not in my tv!&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you move from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream as if so all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;THIS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; link)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following: &amp;nbsp;Use the voice command&amp;nbsp;"My Sky" and then select the following:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions /&amp;nbsp;Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will&amp;nbsp;say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription. &amp;nbsp;If so select Activate subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, see the following link for more information about registering for Discovery +:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, no change of products.&amp;nbsp; Followed your advice and checked I have an active subscription for discovery plus.&amp;nbsp; Went back to open the app and still have the activate screen and the sign in link does nothing when selected.&amp;nbsp; The Get discovery plus and need help activating links both work but they don't allow me to sign in.&amp;nbsp; I have managed to sign in okay on my phone but I would like it working on my tv.&amp;nbsp; Also I&amp;nbsp; cannot sign in from the discovery web page because I don't have an activation code.&amp;nbsp; This hasn't worked for 2 days and I cannot get to speak to a human at customer support &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to settings on my Sky device and selected a restart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it restarted the discovery+ app reloaded and the sign in button worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
