Sky Stream not finding any WiFi networks

Hi,

my sky stream box started playing up over the weekend after my WiFi went down. It randomly wouldn't accept my WiFi password so I did a compete factory reset and now it won't even find ANY available WiFi networks for me to connect.

any ideas?

Are you trying to set it up again? Factory resets are usually an option of last resort and only recommend when directed by sky.

Try the advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-tv-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

Or try using an ethernet cable (just to complete setup) and then try reconnecting to WiFi.

Failing this you will need to call sky.
