    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my sky tv and have returned the box. Royal mail says delivered but haven't had any confirmation from sky. Anyone know how long before I will be notified? I don't want to get charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3753621"&gt;@Prajanna&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you still able to sign into your MySky account at &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com?" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.sky.com?&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; If so go to Your Products and you will find details of your hardware listed and the items you returned will say "Returned" if they have been received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could always phone Sky and ask but even if Sky confirms receipt I would still keep you proof of postage in case they claim at a later date that it has not been received. &amp;nbsp;It happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom puck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is an example of the faulty puck I returned a couple of months ago (I have accessed &amp;nbsp;"Your Products" &amp;nbsp;from my Sky homepage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="IMG_8700.JPG" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/112581i90816DED88E08D4F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_8700.JPG" alt="IMG_8700.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
