I'm trying to watch Netflix on my sky Puck but the picture is awful. I pay the upgrade for UHD too. This was working ok about a week ago but now its all blocky and unwatchable. Broadband is good and I've run the sky online checks that say everything is OK but it is not. The sky puck has been getting very hot so not sure if this could be part of the problem? Any ideas? Thanks

Try moving it to a cooler location if this isn't the case.

If it already has lots of space, it maybe faulty and you'll need to report it to Sky for a replacement.

@Hi @Jon3066 I am actually watching something on Netflix at the moment and am not seeing any problems (other than the programme is rubbish 🤣)

Have you tried gong into the Get Help menu and selecting Reload Netflix. This will often resolve glitches. You could also try signing out and back in again (make sure you have your username / password handy).

There may be a wider issue with Netflix as I have read a few posts similar to yours lately.
