    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it's not the settings or the strength of the internet but the setup itself. &amp;nbsp;If your router is not connected to your puck with an Ethernet cable then give that a try if possible. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise make sure your router has a clear line of sight to your puck and is not behind furniture etc. &amp;nbsp;Also make sure it is not near a window or mirror. &amp;nbsp;Finally make sure both the router and the puck do not have anything touching them or very close to them. &amp;nbsp;I hope that helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my sky stream a few months now and it is forever freezing. However, the last week has been awful. We can't get through a full film without having to reset it at least 4 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've done all the checks and broadband is powering everything else ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've reset the puk everytime it freezes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've completely reset it and it's still doing it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can't find a phone number to speak to any one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please help. Do you think it's faulty?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;should I change to something else?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I feel I'm not getting my money worth&lt;/P&gt;</description>
