&lt;P&gt;The puck normally gets delivered next day&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently purchased sky stream and broadband. Ive set up the hub and had it plugged in for over 24 hours and I still have no internet connection I've ran the service checker and that is telling me it is all clear. Could this mean I have an issue with the master socket?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the box you've plugged in has an HDMI socket then it's a Stream puck for television viewing, not a router for internet access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates, the lead time for broadband installation is considerably longer than the puck shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
