Sky stream puck

Hi I order a sky stream puck other day it came today it's not connecting ti WiFi it's just searching then saying no connection every device I have is connected fine I've even tried Ethernet cable it saying it can't find IP address I'm not sure what the issue is please someone help

@Sabrinaelton28 try rebooting your router then reboot your sky puck

I did that even on call with sky multiple times he said it was issue with the serial number on the puck so something is faulty so I want it cancelled as I shouldn't pay for it when it didn't work
