Today I linked up paramount which we previously used on our Sky q. App told me that I had to re set it on the new stream and I registered for the free pack as we have cinema. On loading I can get nothing to play. Anything I choose just goes to a black screen with a spinning black circle. Also i notice that all the clip feeds for the programmes are highly pixelated for the first few seconds before settling down. This never happened on my Sky Q. I have refreshed apps on the box and have done a number of restarts but still nothing will play. All other apps eg Netflix, Amazon, apple work flawlessly.
