    <description>&lt;P&gt;New sky TV and Broadband package. Puck works for 5 mins the it stops working. No output signal and it freezes. It also sometimes makes a loud buzzing noise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its faulty but need help contacting sky and requesting they send out a new puck. Tried calling but its an automated line which is of no use to me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4458409"&gt;@SandraCramp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; When you phone you will&amp;nbsp;initially be asked a few automated security&amp;nbsp;questions and you will the end up with a chatbot. &amp;nbsp;If you ignore the chatbot and say nothing&amp;nbsp;it will eventually&amp;nbsp;put you through to the Customer Services Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
