    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, this worked perfectly!!&amp;nbsp; Before the page was frozen and would not let me click on sign-in, try this and I'm now enjoying the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this the free Sky Discovery + and you have you previously activated it or is it another Discovery + account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If above, just click sign in on the app and on next page use the qr code or web link to sign in with your account email/password credentials via another device like phone/tablet/pc. If that other device says successfully linked and the Sky Stream page does not refresh, restart the Sky Stream puck, using the rolling Puck settings restart;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Puck Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start up D+ app again and you should now be signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have not activated your free Sky + yet, follow this help article to activate;&lt;/P&gt;
