Picture freezing and YouTube not working

So I've got the streaming puck and every so often the screen keeps going blurry, think of like when it's windy and an Ariel is being blown causing issues. But how it's streamed through WiFi? Every time I check my WiFi etc it's always good

now the next thing, YouTube app on the streaming puck, every so often the videos won't play, you can hear sound but the picture gets stuck

@Ben1718 most likely issue is poor wifi connectivity to the puck. Go into the pucks network settings and it will show if the wifi signal is good enough or whether you need a booster or similar.

I'll check this, but WiFi signal is full strength on all connected devices, the puck is in the living room, the WiFi is about 2-3 metres over the other side of the same room.

so highly doubt it's connecting issues.
