Golf - not all segments available

50% of the reason we got this box is that we wanted F1 and Golf. My wife is a golf nut and is complaining that when she added the PGA BMW Tournament, only some is there. Day 1, 2 and 3 are there, day 4 is only about the second half - the last two hours or so. I've looked, and she's right. It's simply not there.

Anyone else having this issue?

So far she's not impressed with this and some of the technical isses we encounter. We are on month to month, and I think this new relationship is not going to last...

She wants to know how she can record things rather than hoping they show up on a play list.

You cannot record as there is no hard drive. However adding items to your playlist should trigger one of either two things. 1) a cloud recording or 2) a playlist entry for playback via broadcasters app.

You can tell the difference as the cloud record says "Added to playlist and series has been added to record" Vs "Added to playlist".

If you are trying to watch via the tiles / on demand section this can be a bit more temperamental. However issues like this can be reported to skys viewer relations team (viewerr@sky.uk) who will investigate and feedback. We are fellow subscribers here on the community.

Yes, we added it to our playlist, and got the message it was added, and pretty sure it said it would be recorded. As I say, part of the day 4 is there. Just not the whole thing.

I guess I see now why the streaming solution is cheaper than Sky Q.
