    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3830411"&gt;@Jal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; This is a known issue that Sky are trying to resolve. &amp;nbsp;I have found that the only way to resume viewing again is to reboot my puck through the Settings &amp;gt; System management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; restart device (it takes a couple of minutes and gives a blank screen for a while).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
