Sky Stream - No Subscription

So I just purchased directly from sky a Sky Stream Puck with uhd/Dolby Atmos and sky sports subscription, when I boot my Sky Puck after connecting to correct email it says no subscription, when I click this it says "Sky Stream without a Sky Ultimate TV" and has no other options

Any help? Wanted sports for the prem and I'm about to miss it now

Already have broadband through sky which works fine also by the way

Have you had a sky account before ? Did you use the email you used to purchase sky stream to login to the activation page ?

Can you login to your MySky app and see the packages you have subscribed to ?

the only other option is to contact sky as there may be an issue with your account

Sky go works, my broadband and mysky works, only sky puck isn't working. Have sky essential TV with uhd/dolby Atmos and sky sports

What happens if you reboot the puck by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes?
