If it's a stream puck you simply follwo the onscreen instructions, have you tried this?

Yeah I have tired that nothing is coming up, do i need to wait till I get my Internet in? I have Internet but it's my old supplier

Have you already got another stream box or glass tv ? If so you ll need to ensure you have whole home add on pack on your account

Yeah I have got that downstairs the whole home, I just thought it would be easy to set up, does it have to be a smart tele? Cos I don't think mine is upstairs

No - plug the puck into an hdmi socket on your TV. Turn the tv on and select the hdmi input you plugged the puck into then follow the on screen prompts
