Once you've repaired your remote using;

Then go back to settings, select Connected Devices>Sky remote.

Select LG and find it for me (no model) and it should now show more options to try. Be patient as it may be one in the 20s that works.

My Sky stream remote won't pair to my LG65Nano806pa. The TV is only 4 years old so I think it ought to. Ive pressed 1&3, get the screen that says it's now connected but when I try adjust volume etc nothing happens. If I get to the next screen it asks me to enter my model number but however I try and enter it, using it's full title, dropping LG, dropping 65 etc it simply says no device found. Alternatively I get the message We're currently testing 0 of 0 available settings.

Any idea how I can sort it?

Hi @jaspat51 I don't usually have an issue with my Samsung TV but on one occasion unusually it would not find my model number. If I recall there was also an option to "find my TV" or something similar. when I used that instead of the 0 of 0 options I had about 23 to chose from and it worked on the 2nd option.

If this doesn't work do a puck restart (settings > system management > resets & updates > restart device). Immediately it finishes the restart go to settings > connected devices > Sky remote and try the pairing process again. After it says it can control your volume there is an option to control your speakers, say NO to this option).

Sometimes it works better after a restart.
