Won't load the software for set up I've tired all it's told me too

Have you tried connecting via Ethernet cable and then rebooting the puck by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes?

We have seen a small number of customers of late have this issue on the Sky Stream and Sky Glass setup.

Have a read of the Sky help article here and try the suggested.

Or as above, try using an ethernet cable temporarily to get the puck up and running and after the setup is c9mpkete, add your wifi details in the Sky Stream puck settings under network.
