    <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly, how are you connecting your second puck to your broadband router, wifi or ethernet cable?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you go to the Puck settings and under Network, what is the Status showing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would also if you have not done, suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My 2nd sky puck works 1 day then the next it has no pictures or sound on the tv or any of the apps but the menu works fine &amp;amp; I can open the apps but nothing plays ? I'm on my 2nd puck now as sky couldn't fix it the 1st time ?</description>
