Missing channel U & Alibi

I am new to Sky Stream. I have the Ultimate package and checked to make sure it included U & Alibi before signing up. However, when I go to channel 120 I get BBC Scotland. Even in the 'U' app I'm not getting U & Alibi. Any suggestions gratefully received.

On my glass U alibi is 120 and U gold is 121

can you check in Yalu app you have ultimate as your package and not essentials ?

also may be worth a restart in the settings or pulling the plug for a few moments

A quick check on Skys website and alibi and U are not included in sky essentials so would assume you have subscribed to essentials and not ultimate

Is it not available to you on channel 130?
Thought that was where it sat for customers in Scotland.

U & Alibi is not available in the U app.

Th e link below shows the changes for Scottish customers for those and other channel changes.

Although it's an external wiki source, it is updated regularly.

Some channels numbers are different in Scotland and it should be on 130.
