Crackly sound when using sky puck

When using my sky puck there's a really annoying crackly sound echo.

I've tried many different programs and apps and it happens on all of them. Ive tried with and without my sound bar.

I also tried changing the HDMI cable and it still happens, but when I use my smart TV to watch programs its fine, so its definitely caused by the sky puck.

Just want a phone number to call Sky and tell them but I keep going in circles on the website.

Have you tried changing your Puck's sound settings?

Go into the Puck Settings and under Picture and Sound>Sound

Change to PCM Stereo.

Repower your Puck and TV and see if that helps.
