Programmes missing from playlist

Hello, wondering if anyone has successfully resolved an issue of programmes that have been 'series added' not appearing on the playlist?

Yesterday I had two rugby league games (Live NRL) that I expected to be on the playlist, both on sky sports action I believe, that were on at 8.35am and 10.35am. Last night I successfully watched the 8.35 game via the playlist, but the game on immediately after it is not on the playlist.

I also would have sworn blind that the second game was on the playlist when I pressed play on the first game!

I have tried rebooting the puck via the settings menu and also tried removing the series from playlist and re-adding it from the TV guide, but no luck.

I had this issue a few weeks back when a 'series added' match between Wakefield and Leeds didn't appear on the playlist.

Thanks for any ideas or tips.

Your best bet to get this checked by Sky if it is a cloud programming or on demand failure is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Same thing always happens to me & has done for over a year now.

Most of the EFL games from the weekend are in my playlist but two of the games are randomly missing. This despite saying that all of the games were included in the series link.

Does my head in. You do a series link but have no idea if the game is going to be in the playlist the next day. And if it's not in the playlist then you've lost the one & only chance to watch it.
