    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else have problems with the sky puck every night now for a month or so I'm having to restart it and it keeps going off &amp;nbsp;saying technical error with picture or fault. However after turning off and back on it comes straight on starting to get annoyed now as it's constant&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4450696"&gt;@Garethbrll&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;What you are describing is a known issue which Sky are working on and will hopefully be resolved in a software update when they find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have learn from experience that when it happens to me no amount of troubleshooting gets it working again other than rebooting my puck as you are already doing. &amp;nbsp;Consequently (and annoyingly) as soon as you get that message just reboot a don't bother trying anything else..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
