      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233740"&gt;@WHITE+HORSE&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have seen other post in the last few months where subscribers had had the same issue. &amp;nbsp;It is probably a software glitch so there are 2 things I would suggest you do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly restart the puck through settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; restart device. &amp;nbsp;It will take a couple of minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve&amp;nbsp;the issue try refreshing your Apps in the same menu but select Refresh Apps. &amp;nbsp;This is done in the background so you can continue using the puck but it can take a few hours to completely refresh (I tend&amp;nbsp;to do it overnight).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
