Link existing netflix account

We already have a netflix account separate from our sky package. With our sky package, netflix with ads comes included. We do not want Netflix with ads. We already pay for netflix. How can I resolve this please?

There are a couple of options options - one is to cancel your existing netflix, use the included one with Sky and then upgrade that to no ads via your My Sky account.

Another option is create a new Netflix account, link that to your Sky account by using that as the first account you login to on your Sky device, then sign out of Netflix on your Sky device once it's linked and log in using your existing Netflix account.

Just a point that the Netflix tiers through sky are cheaper than direct with Netflix. It's definitely worth switching your account to sky and upgrading to the premium level through sky

Hey I am looking at signing up to sky, however I have netflix and if I create a new account I have to do all the setups and accounts all over again, no way to transfer existing to sky ? Or maybe reach out to netflix to switch me to the new acount once signed up on sky ?

You don't create a new Netflix account with Sky. The first time you log in to the Netflix app on your Stream puck your billing will automatically transfer to Sky and your existing profiles and watchlists will be available.

Be aware that you only get the standard with ads plan included with Sky, you need to be paying the extra for ad-free or Premium Netflix.

If your looking at signing up to Sky Stream then make sure you do your research first so you know what your getting @Michael_Barnard
