Disney+ and Channel 4 apps not working

The Disney+ and channel 4 apps have stopped working on sky stream. Both apps open but there are error messages when we try to play any shows/movies.

We've tried resetting the box, the internet, refreshing the apps, deleting and redownloading the apps. As well as any other suggestions we have found on the forums.

Would appreciate any support to resolve this

You can't delete and download apps on Sky Stream. Are you talking about your tv apps ?

Which box do you have @CharleyW123 is it Sky Q or Sky Stream, they are different boxes.

They are sky stream pucks. Weirdly, I have tested them both today, one of the tvs with a sky stream puck both apps work on, whereas the other tv with the other sky stream puck continues not to have either apps able to play shows.

The error message that keeps being displayed is...something went wrong. Please try again. If you continue to have issues, please contact Disney+ subscription support.

although it says to contact Disney, given that this is happening on numerous apps I presume it's a problem with the sky streaming
