You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky shop and discovery + error messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to get into the sky shop (MYSKY-2018 code) or access discovery+ (MYSKY-2018 error code).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tryed the good old turn it off at the wall, wait and tern it on again, but that has not worked . I have also followed all the instructions on the chat bot but it directed me here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see from previous posts this issue is common and needed to be escalated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
